Press

I regularly contribute to mainstream media via articles in Stylist, Mail Online, Psychologies and Top Sante. With a focus on how psychology relates to health and wellness, I also act as an expert commentator when health-related stories hit the news.

Broadcast

With an enormous breadth of experience in both physical and mental health conditions, I’m often asked to comment on health news as an expert. Having also trained at the renowned Ealing Film Studios with Met Film School during my doctorate, I’m perfectly at home in a studio and on location, both in live and pre-recorded productions.

Credits include BBC World News, the Kaye Adams Programme on BBC Radio Scotland, Today Extra, UK Health Radio, Dr Max's Mind Clinic podcast, Good Health for Mail+ as well as numerous BBC radio stations.

I present in a style that makes viewers and listeners feel like we’re sitting down for a cosy chat with a cup of tea, in the same way you would have a good old natter with a close friend.

Events

I regularly give talks on subjects close to my heart and work - please contact Julia Champion at Champion Talent to discuss.

My practical, evidence-based approach is also appropriate for small group seminars, retreats and live webinars. I take time to develop a unique programme for each common problem, with particular attention paid to solution and future-focused techniques that are practiced together in the session - so that everyone leaves with a personalised 'prescription' to help meet their goals.
