I am a brand ambassador for large health and well-being companies, including the leading supplement provider Healthspan, food delivery service Jane Plan and wellness app Yours, to name a few.

I also collaborate on product-specific campaigns in areas such as sleep (Argos), stress relief (A.Vogel), coping with embarrassing symptoms (INNOVO for bladder health; silicol®gel for IBS) and pet therapy (TrustedHousesitters).

As a chartered scientist as well as a practitioner, I believe it’s important to translate complex scientific theories and research in ways that are easy to understand. My goal is to do this wherever possible with brands to enable them to be both accurate and clear in their messaging.

Corporate Wellness

For corporate clients, I provide either traditional talks on specific areas of health such as workplace wellness, sleep, fatigue and eating behaviour within The Shrinkology Solution approach, or facilitate interactive small-group workshops.

I also offer workplace reviews to identify how you can help your employees manage stress, work effectively and reach their potential.

Expert Consultancy

I have published over 30 scientific papers in esteemed peer-reviewed journals such as the British Medical Journal (Open), Medical Hypotheses, Journal of Primary Health Care and Psychology Research, and Behavior Management.

Having held senior positions in UK higher education institutions, I now work as a consultant for large-scale health providers. I am also an active researcher and offer advice on study design, implementation and the communication of both quantitative and qualitative data.
